The Company collects a referral fee from contractors based on a percentage of the total project cost. Homeowners are not charged for using the referral service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Company provides its services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding contractor performance, project outcomes, or the accuracy of information provided by users.

6. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or services, including but not limited to disputes between homeowners and contractors.

7. Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their use of the Site or services.

8. Termination:

The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Site or services for any user at any time without notice.
